First Ingredient:

10 egg yolks

Essence

yeast

white sugar

1 spoontable of
flour

spoontable of water
How to make:
-
for the essence,
mix all essence ingredients until it is even and idle it for about 10
minutes
-
stir the egg yolks
and white sugar then pour the tani sago, essence, and the thick coconut
milk, stir until it is even, filter and idle it for about 3 hours.

Pour it into the
mold, roast it with under fire until it is dry then turn on the above
fire.
