  First Ingredient:
  • 10 egg yolks
  • 150 gr of tani sago
  • 200 gr of white sugar
  • 300 ml of thick coconut milk

Essence ingredient:

  • 1 spoontable of yeast
  • 1 spoontable of white sugar
  • 1 spoontable of flour
  • 1 spoontable of water

 How to make: 

  • for the essence, mix all essence ingredients until it is even and idle it for about 10 minutes
  • stir the egg yolks and white sugar then pour the tani sago, essence, and the thick coconut milk, stir until it is even, filter and idle it for about 3 hours.
  • Pour it into the mold, roast it with under fire until it is dry then turn on the above fire.
